Book now the lovely house for your next party, event or gathering. Our new event space is located at Carlton NSW 2218 and it is perfect for all types of activities and events.
Please keep in mind when booking the Lovely House that you will always need to include any picnic service or grazing table package (food), The lovely House can not be hired by itself.
The refundable bond of $100 is the way of ensuring that facilities are left clean and undamaged, as well as avoiding neighbours being affected by noise, excessive attendance or unauthorised events.
The lovely house has own kitchen, bathroom and private outdoor area, we charge a cleaning fee that guarantee all those things get a deep clean after every event.

$55 per hour 0-20 people, cleaning fee $35
$70 per hour 20-30 people, cleaning fee $75
